01Who we are

This site is the portfolio of Zarak Nisar Ahmed Cheema, Founder and CEO of Chimz Financial Advisory, based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. You can email contact@zaraknisarahmedcheema.com. In this policy, "we" means Chimz Financial Advisory.

02What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The topic you choose
• Your message, and anything you include in it
• Any file you choose to attach

Please don't include account numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in your message or file. If you attach an image, it's converted to a PDF, and hidden details such as its location are removed. The form also confirms that you've accepted its terms and briefly checks how quickly it was filled in, to filter out spam.

03How we use it

We use your details only to read your enquiry, reply to it by email or phone, send you one email confirming we received it, and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on your request to contact us, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site free of spam.

We don't sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

04Who handles your details

The website doesn't store your message or file. They reach us as an email, using these providers:

• iResendly delivers contact form messages and attachments to our inbox, and sends your confirmation email.
• Vercel hosts this site and provides its visitor measurement. Like most hosts, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and keep them secure.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

05International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws from yours.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiries in our email for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep a reasonable record of it, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

07Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set cookies. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which gives us overall figures such as page views without using cookies.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and isn't sent to us.

08Social media and other sites

Links to our social channels take you to services with their own privacy policies. They control whatever they collect when you visit them.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your details
• Object to or limit how we use them

To use any of these rights, email contact@zaraknisarahmedcheema.com or use the contact form. If you're unhappy with our response, you may be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

10Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you think a child has contacted us, please let us know and we'll delete the message.

11Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
